I moved out on a Saturday and by the time we called them the following Wednesday to close out our rental, they had not only already closed out our billing, but they had already cut the check the previous Monday and it was in the mail! Idk how many times I lost my key, my #, and they never got annoyed having to look me up or decided to add on recovery charges.
Really great customer service and the storage units are kept up,clean, safe, security lights and working access.
Joeys really is great prices and giving u the services much better than larger corp storages.“

If you're looking for a great place to keep your belongings safe. Joey's security storage is it. 24/7 access, very clean and family owned and operated. Unlike the other chain storage places everywhere else. Five stars. I'd give them more if the ratings were that high. Every one is always so nice and helpful with all or any of your questions.
